Roselia Mendez Murillo has received the 2022 National Communication Association Interpersonal Division top dissertation award for her dissertation entitled "Using Theories of Relational Maintenance, Coping, and Resilience to Bridge the Distance between Separated Latinx Immigrant Families". She and her advisor, Jennifer Kam, will be recognized for this achievement at this year's NCA conference.
