Gia is an upcoming third-year Communication major with a minor in Applied Psychology. She is a member of the Communication Association and enjoys attending all of the insightful events they host. UCSB has been her dream school ever since she was in sixth grade, and she is so excited to be a part of the department. Her choice to pursue Communication as her major was because of her passion for Interpersonal Communication and love for creating relationships. She hopes to one day work in Public Relations! Gia's hobbies include taking a daily walk to campus point, attending line dancing classes, and making others laugh. In her free time, she can usually be found watching her favorite Youtubers Tana Mongeau and Brooke Schofield. You can also find her baking cookies at her off-campus job, IV Drip! Gia is kind, empathetic, and eager to assist students in her new role as a peer advisor.
